All sample details and test requests MUST be placed using our online ordering site.
This allows us to keep better track of your samples, and know which tests you want for each of your samples.
If you have ordered sample kits, don’t forget that you still need to make an order for the testing that you require, and this should include the details of your animal samples. Otherwise, we won’t know what you want!
Samples sent to our laboratory without an online order for required testing will be held until an online order is made. We will let you know if this happens and help you to place an order for your testing.
When you submit your required testing, you’ll receive an Order #. Write this on your samples and send into us. No other forms are necessary. Easy!
